yatir Darom Adom - the wine consists of 30% Merlot, 30% Shiraz, 17% Malbec, 13% Zinfandel and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, from different vineyards from Ramat Arad, Mitzpe Ramon and the south of the Judean Mountains. The various varieties underwent short and gentle fermentations, most of them in stainless steel tanks and some in concrete tanks or large open wooden tanks. After that, they matured for about 8 months in large wooden tanks to create a fresh and fruity wine that will go well with Mediterranean dishes. The color of the wine is ruby red, with aromas of black raspberry, plum and pepper, ripe and juicy fruit flavors, medium fruity body with good acidity, soft tannin and a long finish.
Yatir Darom White - the wine consists of 54% Viognier and 46% Sauvignon Blanc from the vineyards of the Southern Judean Mountains and Ramat Arad. The wines were fermented in stainless steel tanks, and some matured in stainless steel and some in old 500 liter barrels. The color of the wine is straw golden, with aromas of citrus fruit, jasmine and chamomile. A restrained gastronomic wine with acidity and minerality and a combination of citrus and green pear flavors.
