Refund policy
If there is a problem with your order, or if you find a problem with the vintage, please call, text, chat or email us and we will correct it right away.
In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in their original shipped packing to ensure a safe return. We will send you a label to place on the box and arrange pick up for the merchandise. Upon arrival at the KosherWineWorld.com warehouse, all returned items are inspected. If the return is a result of our error you will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges. Please note that all customers seeking a refund regardless of the wine was consumed or not, must return the original bottle. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant credit on the wine minus a 15% restocking fee, the original shipping charge, and actual return shipping fees.
Expect to receive the refund within two weeks from shipping your return. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
