Yarden Merlot was produced from Merlot grapes grown in the Golon Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude ore ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Agingin French oak barrels for eighteen months balances the existing orong zest and berry characters present in the wine with a layer of rich ook on vanilla. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be sored on is side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 63-68°F.
