Tulip Syrah Reserve consists of grapes that were harvested in a manual, selective and high-quality harvest. The must was cold soaked for 3 days and then fermented at a temperature of 23° - 26°, to extract the aromas characteristic of the Syrah variety. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for gentle maturation and improvement. Before bottling, the wine was only coarsely filtered, to preserve its flavors. It has been said that it is among the three best Syrah wines in Israel. A classic, elegant, impressive wine, full body, flavors of eucalyptus and ripe fruit, round and balanced.
