Our Moscato is made from Muscat Canelli grapes, harvested in the early morning from the vineyards of Galilee.
The must undergoes a particularly cold fermentation process in dedicated pressure vessels, to maintain its natural effervescence. Delicate and sweet aromatic Moscato is suitable as an aperitif, for dessert, and as the perfect companion for a wide variety of events. Best served cool.
