Red blend made from grapes grown in our ecological vineyards’ finest plots in the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights. Each plot is cultivated with meticulous care, under strict sustainable practices and ecological preservation conditions, yielding rich soil and flavorful grapes, with minimal grower involvement. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrel.
