Grapes cultivated in the distinctive climate of the Upper Galilee, predominantly sourced from the esteemed Dishon Vineyard in the Kadesh Valley, were carefully harvested at their peak ripeness. Following fermentation, the wine underwent an extended maceration process on the skins, and was then aged for fourteen months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This meticulous approach was taken to achieve the perfect extraction and harmonious blend of fruit, tannin, and oak. The result is a luxurious, intricate, and well-balanced wine that will only continue to enhance with the passage of time.
