Chardonnay Reserve • Galilee • 2020

Our Reserve Chardonnay comes from a unique vineyard next to kibbutz Manara in the Upper Galilee, located 2,800 ft. above sea level. The cooler temperatures and rocky Terra Rossa soil give the grapes a distinctive tropical and citrus fruit character. The wine was fermented and aged on its lees for ten months in French oak barrels.
