Recanati Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon  "Lebanon Vineyard" Reserve - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. "Lebanon Vineyard" lies in front of the Lebanon Mountains, mountains that drain extremely cold air into it and create unique microclimate conditions. This extraordinary vineyard produces a complex and rich wine with clear varietal characteristics that are velvety, refined and above all very elegant. The wine was aged for 18 months in small and large barrels specially made for us in the Burgundy region of France and bottled after coarse filtering only. Cabernet Sauvignon characterized by aromas of cassis, cherry, black plum and local herbs. The wine reflects the Mediterranean approach of the winery at its best with an emphasis on the expression of the fruit characteristics, soft tannins and a long and spicy finish.
