A dry white wine from the Oasis series, this is the first wine of the year produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested in an early manual harvest at the Nitsana vineyard in Kadesh Barnea in the Negev plateau.
Characteristics: alcohol 12.5%. Very light golden color. In the wine you can feel a fascinating combination of tropical fruit and citrus flavors, an intoxicating aroma and a persistent and pleasant acidity.
Serving recommendation: The wine is recommended to be served when it is well chilled to 6-8 degrees, it will be suitable for meals, fish and chicken for well-seasoned dishes and with dishes from Asian cuisine.
