Fragrantly fresh and balanced with a strong taste and a fine vanilla aftertaste. Beppe Pescaja is certainly a modern winemaker who has created his own “DOC” with Terre Alfieri. Even though he interprets the Arneis in a very modern way, it is characterized above all by clarity and his own signature style. A small part ends up in new barriques every year, the majority (90%) is aged traditionally in steel tanks.
