Clear and brilliant garnet red, Pavillon de Léoville Poyferré is structured, supple and silky. Elegant aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant emerge, covering the palate with very harmonious melted nuances. The finish is fresh and persistent, a long stride of spices is revealed.

Harvesting, vinification and maturing: Manual harvesting in crates and sorting of the harvest in the cellar 2 sorting tables before and after destemmer. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Aging in barrels of 2 wines, for 18 months.
