Horkenus is a high-quality wine produced by Or Haganuz winery in limited quantities. It is made through a special process using four exceptional grape varieties: cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot, and petit verdot. The grapes are hand-picked from carefully selected vineyards on Mount Meron's northern slopes and undergo meticulous care during cold soaking and fermentation. The wine is then aged for 40 months in French oak barrels and further matures in the bottle, improving with age.
