Or Haganoz Elima wine without bisulfite. This is a dry red wine. The wine went through a long extraction process of skins, slow fermentation and aging for 14 months in French oak barrels. The name "Elima " represents the connection with Elima College located in the settlement of Or Hanoz. Elima wine is produced without the addition of bisulfate, therefore the wine must be kept refrigerated before opening and after opening the bottle it is recommended to consume it within 24 hours.
