Odem Volcanic Merlot 2021

Odem Mountain Winery fulfilled the vision of founders Michael and Idit Alfasi.

It is situated in the heart of a forest and is the most northerly winery in Israel. Overlooked by Mount Hermon, they experience snowfall each winter. The winery tells the story of a loving family, a rugged and beautiful place and a wine of uncompromising quality.

The Volcanic label expresses the unique terroir of the high elevation vineyards and volcanic soil of the northern Golan Heights.

Volcanic Merlot was aged for 10 months in French oak berrlas.
