Its color is dark and deep with aromas of red and black fruits obtained in different layers from fresh fruits to more ripe fruits. Distinct and sophisticated aromas of green pepper and herbs that characterize the Cabernet Sauvignon variety which is dominant in the blend with added hints of violets and sweet pine. A medium and pleasant tannins wine with a full body but fresh and concentrated flavors. Upon tasting, you discover flavors of red cherries, blueberries, figs and hints of marzipan along with minerality and a slight saltiness that characterizes the area where our Cabernet Sauvignon is grown. The wine is suitable for a long aging which will develop its flavors in different directions.

The grapes were harvested manually at night in a relatively late period of the growing season, an operation that gave the wine intense aromas and flavors of ripe fruit. After the end of fermentation in the stainless steel tanks, we raise the temperature of the fermentation tank and proceed to hot soaking on the skins for two weeks, in order to give the wine a full body and a velvety texture. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, with only half of it in new barrels.
