Nene Chenin Blanc was produced from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. The grapes were harvested in the cool night hours by hand and upon arrival at the winery they are pressed as whole bunches, with the aim of giving the wine freshness and a rich texture. The wine undergoes fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks until the bottling process. A dry wine that spreads fresh aromas of green apple and pear, combined with citrus fruits, alongside hints of lychee and melon. The wine has rich flavors of tropical and sour fruits, together with an emphasized floral and refreshing minerality. The wine has a medium body, pleasant acidity, sweet aromas, good minerality and a medium finish.
