Nana Chardonnay was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes and underwent spontaneous fermentation in French oak barrels, half of which are new, and aged on the yeast for a period of 7 months together with their mixing during this period. It is possible to notice how the process integrates and gives additional complexity to the wine. A dry wine that spreads aromas of baked pear, honey and hints of desiccated coconut. In the nose you can feel the aging period in the barrels, but the wood sets the stage for the quality fruit and you can recognize a great combination of fresh fruit together with French oak. The wine has a medium body that tends to be full, with an oily and round texture, with a pleasant and balanced acidity with a long finish.
