85% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 15% Semyon grapes from the wind vineyard in the Golan Heights and a plantation vineyard in the Jerusalem mountains. The harvest is manual. The Sauvignon Blanc brings with it greenish and tropical touches and the Samion gives it complexity and depth. A sharp, herbaceous and sour wine. Characterized by aromas of green apple and pomegranate.
