Matar Rose 2023. Made from 85% Grenache and 15% Cinsault grapes sourced from the Upper Galilee region. Hand-harvested and gently crushed, this wine boasts a delicate pink hue and notes of raspberry, cherry, and citrus blossoms. Fermented at 12°C for two months to preserve its fruitiness and high acidity.
