Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes from a vineyard in the Jerusalem mountains and a vineyard on the Golan Heights. The harvest is manual. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by aromas of mint, cassis and black fruit. An elegant and impressive wine.
