A dry, rich and complex wine with aromas and flavors of jasmine, citrus and citrus blossoms. Half of the wine was aged for 3 months in French oak barrels, the other half in stainless steel tanks. Wood aging gives the wine depth and complexity, along with the use of stainless steel containers that maintain crispness and freshness. The wine was produced from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. The grapes were grown and handpicked at Nana vineyard in Mitzpe Ramon. The amplitude of temperatures and desert dryness cause long ripening, thus maximizing the quality flavors of the variety.
