100% Chardonnay grapes from the wind vineyard in the Golan Heights and a plantation vineyard in the Jerusalem mountains. The harvest is manual. The wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. An elegant wine, with flavors of melon, honey and jasmine. Full bodied, refreshing acidity and a long finish.
