Mater CB is the flagship wine of Mater Winery. Grape varieties: 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Shiraz, 6% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. The source of the grapes is the Wind Vineyard, the Golan Heights and the Jerusalem Mountains. The wine was aged for 30 months in French oak barrels.  The wine has many layers of flavor, full body and impressive complexity. Characterized by the aroma and flavors of raspberry, plum, mint, chocolate and cocoa. Has a long and touching ending. The characteristics of this wine parallel those of the cloud it is named after, cumulonimbus, a huge and impressive rain cloud
