This semi-sweet and fruity wine has a slight hint of fresh Concord grapes. The grapes are removed from the skins early to avoid any color from the red skins and to allow a fresh fruitiness in the aroma, without the heaviness of ripe Concords. Special blending in the cellar gives this wine extra body and creaminess.
