Luria Roussan was produced from 100% Roussan grapes grown at 840 meters in a unique soil structure that combines basalt, chalk and terra rossa together at the foot of Mount Miron in the Upper Galilee. The wine is made from the juice that oozes from the grape when it is separated from the grapes and without any crushing, an aromatic and fresher juice is obtained which is then fermented at a cold and controlled temperature in a stainless steel container. Luria Roussanne, as the character of the soil and the vineyard, has a rich minerality and feels like a mosaic of fruity and floral aromas. Has a light lemon color, the body of the wine is medium, rich in citrus, honey and pear flavors.
