La Foret Blanche Talpiot  Rosé wine produced from Merlot grapes. The nose begins with citrus blossoms and jasmine, along with strawberry and some herbs. In the mouth, you can see how the wine develops. At first, the wine still slightly tingles on the tongue with fine bubbles, when the wine is opened, a refined sweetness is revealed, accompanied by high acidity with a very subtle greenish bitterness. The intensity is not too high but definitely present and the finish is medium and striking. A very nice balance between rosé for the meal and rosé for the beach. It is recommended to serve it chilled.
