A unique Israeli wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes hand-harvested in the "Shede Caleb" vineyard at an altitude of 900 meters. The wine was aged for about 12 months in French wooden barrels and did not go through filtration processes. A wine with the characteristics of the Burgundy region, but one that does not cancel its Israeliteness. A unique wine with a nose that brings aromas of mushrooms and earth with a bitterness that grabs the palate. A fresh scent of forest after rain, blueberries and cassis alongside deep vanilla. Medium-full body. An excellent combination with poultry and veal dishes accompanied by a delicate sauce with aromatic herbs. A delicate wine that will complement any food and dish in refined harmony.
