La Foret Blanche Dvir Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from mature vines grown in the exclusive vineyard "Sde Caleb", which lies between the high mountain (900 meters above sea level) and the Judean desert, and absorbs its special taste from the roots of the ancient Land of Israel wine. It is a rich and velvety wine whose grapes were harvested in a manual and selective harvest, which matured in French and American wooden barrels and bottled without filtering at all.
