Located in the Western Cape, Paarl and surrounding areas. The vineyard is situated on the warm western slopes. A 50/50 split between 5-wire Perold system and Bush Vine plantings. Planting density at 1.2 x 2.7 meters. Basic canopy yield and crop management, additional irrigation after veraizon. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 12 to 14 degrees C for up to 12 to 14 days. No oak maturation.
