The wine was created as part of a series of tributes to the Jewish settlement in the Jezreel Valley. Each plot was harvested by hand. The varieties were fermented and aged individually in French wooden barrels for 14 months. The wine is characterized by aromas of berries and strawberries. Very soft tannins, medium body, rich taste, refreshing acidity, and a long finish. It has presence and is pleasant to sip. Varieties: Syrah and Carignan Especially suitable for beef and roast beef dishes.
