Following a delicate pressing process, a portion of the must was subjected to oak fermentation and aged for a duration of three months, resulting in the development of lees (Sur Lies). Simultaneously, another portion of the wine underwent a fermentation process at a low temperature within stainless steel tanks. This exquisite wine possesses a medium body and is distinguished by its enticing aromas of green apples, peach, and roasted almonds.
