Alarge, level, densely planted vineyard of gravelly soil oveling limestone, Jardin De Paradis produces a relatively low yield of intense, favorl grapes. This big, fruity, well-structured Left Bank wine is sly, aromatic and possesses grippy, well-integrated tannins.
MAY CONTAIN NATURALLY OCCURRING SULFITES
According to winemaking terminology, "No sulfites added" indicates that no extra sulfur has been incorporated during the process. Despite containing trace amounts of bound sulfites from fermentation, the wine cannot be classified as "sulfite free." However, it remains safe for consumption by those who are sensitive to sulfites.
