Iwamura Brewery was founded during the Edo Era in 1787, and only brews premium classifications of sake using natural mineral water that springs from a four-hundred-year-old spring in the secluded deep mountainous environment of Gifu Prefecture. This sake is uniquely dry for a Nigori, light with the dregs, and is of premium classification Tokubetsu Honjozo. 16-17% ABV
