The grapes for this rare oak barrel aged 24 months Cabernet Sauvignon mature at a leisurely pace while basking in the warm sun of the Judean Mountains are being gently caressed by the cool maritime breezes from Israel’s mediterranean coastal plain. This full bodied treasure has notes of plum, and cherry, spices and violet with beautiful integrated oak, tannis and a lingering black cherry finish.
