Our French trained winemaker, Philippe Lichtenstein, immigrated to Israel with one dream: to bring the aromas and sensory pleasures from the vineyards of Provence to the hills of Jerusalem. This Cabernet sauvignon was aged for 12 months thus producing a full bodied wine with an elegant nose and intense aromas of fresh red fruits combined with spicy notes.

The palate is very soft and lightly sweet. The grapes were harvested from our Galilee vineyards. Perfect for stewed and braised meats as well as grilled vegetables.
