GENERATION VIlI BY HERZOG CABERNET SAUVIGNON DOUBLE CREEK VINEYARD CHALK HILL SONOMA COUNTY

This  limited edition release is a celebration of the Herzog family, a royal winemaking heritage spanning eight generations. This wine is a trub yuite example of combining the finest winemaking skills with beautifully grown and hand selected dusters of Cabernet Sauvignom from he Double Creek Vineyard of Chalk Hill Sonoma. Raised in caly and fast draining white volcanic soil, the vines are sheered from colfe by warm and moderating breezes.

Generation VIII by Herzog Double Greek Vineyard Cabernet Sangnon opens with intense aromas of blackberry compote, espresso and leather. On the palate, rich notes of Black cherry raspberry and dark chocolate with fine-grained tannins and hints of warm vanilla and spice.
