Galil Mountain flagship wine Yiron 2019 is a full-bodied, well-balanced red blend wine from Israel. It's a blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot,  7% Petit Verdot 5% Syrah, aged for 16 months in French oak barrels in the Upper Galilee, which is considered Israel's best winegrowing region. The wine has aromas of berries, cherries, plum jam, and hints of cocoa, with flavors of vanilla and toasted oak, and a long finish.
