Vinification: After a selective, early morning harvest, full clusters are gently pressed before continuing through Sur Lie fermentation and growing in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Fragrant lemon zest and hints of orange blossom, together with a chalky palate, redolent of stone fruit, white melon and honeysuckle with a lengthy, complex finish.
