The wine is based on Chardonnay grapes that have been gently pressed and transferred to fermentation in French oak barrels. After eight months of fermentation and maturation, the wine was shaded with the addition of 5% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine has a rich and complex taste with a long finish.
