The first single-varietal wine from Einat Winery, made entirely from Petit Verdot—one of Einat Klein’s favorite grapes. Grown in high-altitude vineyards (850m) in the Samaria Mountains, hand-harvested, and aged 12 months in French oak.

Bold and expressive, this wine reveals layers of black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. With firm structure and excellent aging potential, it's a true gem for lovers of spice-driven reds.
