Like a partnership full of contradictions in a lively marriage, this wine represents two opposite wine styles that blend together harmoniously. The Viognier, from the Northern Golan Heights, was fermented in oak barrels and the Chenin Blanc from Southern Golan Heights, was fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine has the fragrant aroma and mouth feel of the Viognier, with the crispness of the Chenin Blanc.
