Domaine Seror Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
This is the main red wine blend of the winery. It is based on Cabernet Sauvignon and is balanced by Merlot and a little Syrah. The wines are fermented under controlled conditions and are aged in oak barrels for approximately a year.
This is a rich and aromatic wine with black fruit aromas, a mouth filling flavor and a long finish. The wine clearly has aging potential, but was also very drinkable on its launch.
