Rosé de Castel is made from Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes that were picked early and underwent a long fermentation at a low temperature. The impressive color of the wine comes from minimal soaking on the skins. The wine has aromas of ripe peach, tropical fruits and roses.
