The Nadav vineyard is located in Ramat Dalton, 2 km as the crow flies to the east of the location of the Dalton winery. The vineyard sits on a basalt plain, and the soil is heavy and rich, similar in composition to the growing areas in the northern Golan Heights. The vineyard was planted in 2011 adjacent to the Kesh Pool nature reserve, which is located at the entrance to the vineyard .

The grapes for this wine were harvested in September, manually harvested. When the grapes arrived at the winery, they were separated from the vines and entered a combined fermentation of Cabernet with Petit Verdot. During the agitation we realized that something special was happening here. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, and aged for about 16 months until it was bottled.

The wine is purple in color and very powerful in tone. Immersed aromas of tobacco, black plum, cherries and a very delicate florality that is well felt even in the sip. The wine is soft and mineral, with tannins that will allow the wine to mature for the next decade and a half.
