The wine grapes were carefully selected and arrived at the winery after manual harvesting during the month of August. The Pinot Gris grapes come from the Misgav vineyard in the Galilee region.

The Brut is a light and refreshing wine. A young, elegant and sparkling wine, with citrus and green fruit character. The Brut is very clear and has a clean taste and a long finish of fresh pastries and a brioche bun.
