I have enjoyed this wine for a while and had to always have it shipped from NY or elsewhere. So happy that Kosher Wine World is carrying this fantastic wine locally and at such a great price. This is a full-bodied, wonderful wine. Dalton winery is too often under the radar screen of many which is a shame since you can never go wrong with any of their wines. Alma is my favourite of their line-up.
Alma is a dark full-bodied lively wine showing generous aromas of cherries, plums and sweet dark fruits with a buttery palate offering essences of vanilla, cloves and green tea.
60% Cabernet Sauvignon from Zarit Vineyard.
20% Merlot from Kerem Ben Zimra.
10% Cabernet Franc from Eviatar Vineyard.
5% Shiraz from Elkosh Vineyard.
5% Grenache from Even Menachem Vineyard
