This wine celebrates Israel's rich wine-making legacy while staying true to tradition by using native yeast in the fermentation process. Our wines blend old and new techniques for a truly exceptional taste.
This is the second vintage of our Cabernet Sauvignon from the Golan Heights. Like our first vintage in 2018, we kept the best lots separate and in barrel. This wine shows beautifully structured tannins framing a complex array of flavors redolent of cassis, blackberry, herbs, vanilla and toast.
Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged for 18 months in French oak, the wine is a pure expression of provenance. Ready to enjoy now, we recommend decanting for 45 minutes prior to drinking. Of course, the wine is also a fine candidate for aging in the cellar.
