The third release of Double-Edged Sword has been bottled as Batch 5780. It was fermented from Chenin Blanc at Covenant Winery in California, then distilled and aged in Covenant barrels. The resulting brandy is smooth, lush and powerful.

This is a smooth-textured spirit, redolent of coffee, camphor, butterscotch and spice. On the palate, it yields long-lasting flavors that evolve to reveal more depth and complexity on the finish. DOUBLE-EDGED SWORD^™ stands up beautifully to a fine cigar but is also highly appreciated with nothing more than the desire to drink an exceedingly refined spirit.

Only two barrels were produced.

Due to federal shipping regulations, Double-Edged Sword can only be shipped to addresses in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington State.
