Vintage The 2021 vintage is more beautiful than the 2020 which was a year of extreme frost in Provence. The berries are larger and loaded with more sugars. The acid and aromatic balances are very satisfactory. Tasting Notes Colour: Sandy pink with golden reflections Nose: Aromas of white fruits (apple, peach) and red fruits, exotic notes (guava, papaya) Palate: Suave and fresh, citrus aromas (pomelo), long and slightly acidic finish (apple) Food and wine pairings This wine from Château Sainte Marguerite will be ideal with a lobster risotto, lobsters, sea urchins or crab spring rolls and an apple and papaya chutney.
